Silverstone Masterplan gains planning approval

Both Aylesbury Vale District Council and South Northamptonshire Council have approved* Silverstone Circuit’s outline planning application, which supports the venue’s 20-year Masterplan – the next big step towards securing the long-term future of the international venue, which is owned by the British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC). This significant outcome demonstrates both Councils’ support of the BRDC and Silverstone’s vision for the future.

PJ Jacobsen joins PTR in World Supersport Championship

ONE of the hottest young racing talents from the USA – Patrick ‘PJ’ Jacobsen – will race in the 2012 World Supersport Championship for PTR Honda.

A multi-national Champion in the USA and a product of the MotoGP Academy, who despite being just 18-years of age has a wealth of experience racing in Europe, PJ has raw speed and talent in abundance and is now setting his sights on a full season in World Championship racing.
